started off very well with Mastria Cadillac waited seven months no fault of their scott the service rep went above and beyond to keep me posted every couple weeks of the status. He’s an excellent guy very professional when I went to pick it up. I was shot one .2 gallons of gas after paying them $10,000 for Transmission granted 9000 of it was warranty money from a private warranty policy I had was out of pocket which I wasn’t complaining about but Virgil service rep that has no customer service skills and I believe the owners son also she pulled the silver spoon out of his xxx. The father should’ve spent some money on charm school for his son and also for Virgil I did a four letter word when he told me he had to charge me highest price per gallon because I was shot 12 gallons when I brought the car back it’s it’s on the contract. The tank was took a little bit of gas so I got a little pissed off and I left the dealership filled up the car mechanics. I didn’t think the four letter word that starts with an F can be used as an adjective and is my first amendment right ended up in a very disrespectful brawl with the disabled senior citizen with terminal cancer, and then when I left gave me the keys, I asked him where my car was parked , I’m old. He said you find it it’s out there that’s all he told me as I left a lot. His son wanted to Silver spoon up his xxx that should go to Tom school. Took the time to do a video interview. On my way out like a year old 25 year old punk is all he is and Virgil, you should spend more time on customer service, because the car was 1.2 gallons of gas Which Jesse pointed out was on the contract. It was the delivery of how he said it like I just smashed up. His rental car wasn’t quite sure why he gets so upset, but I certainly did I have always driven Cadillacs and continue to do so, but I would never repeat never go to the Cadillac dealership again scot the service rep that I dealt with is a true asset the rest of them they suck, rich people shouldn’t in charge of their business that they work so hard for that kid has no idea what he’s doing or how to deal with people. Enclosing I wouldn’t walk I would run from this dealership. More

My experience with Mastria Motors in Raynham was marked by communication delays, inconsistencies, and a lack of upfront information that ultimately caused significant inconvenience and me to look elsewhere. My inquiry about a used vehicle led to a series of email exchanges marred by slow responses, sometimes exceeding a day. Vehicle specifications provided varied between communications, raising concerns about accuracy, attention to detail and general competence. Despite repeatedly expressing my need for purchase and sales agreement details for my credit union, crucial information regarding their exclusive in-house financing wasn't disclosed until the eve of my planned visit to finalize the deal. This late revelation significantly disrupted my schedule and added to my disappointment. Attempts to discuss my concerns over the phone yielded a generic response focused on their "policy's" and financing options, lacking any acknowledgment of the communication issues and inconvenience caused. This impersonal approach further compounded my frustration. While Mastria Motors may offer in-house financing, which is perfectly within their right, the lack of upfront transparency and inconsistent communication throughout my experience fell short of my expectations, leading to wasted time and frustration. For anyone seeking a smooth and informed car-buying experience, I recommend exploring other options. Transparency and timely communication are key factors for me when choosing a dealership. It is my feeling this dealership has 0 interest in the customer, just the customer profit. It will be a great thing when the CARS Rule proposed by the FTC is active to stop the questionable sales tactics. Thankfully I did not fall for the typical "lets talk on the phone" sales gimmick and have the entire email chain documented to back this up. More
Complete nightmare from start to finish.
