Joe Mills helped me placed an order for a 2021 Tahoe. He was very friendly and helpful, that made the order process was quick. He explained all the fees and charges. Joe was also excellent communicating as the process went along. He kept me updated and notified me right away when the car got delivered. I came pick it up the next day. Unfortunately, Joe was off that day. However, Brandon Pennington greeted me and helped me out with the rest of the trading and buying process. He was also very friendly and helpful. There were some minor issues with the car, Brandon was able to get with the service department fixed it immediately. I was able to have everything signed off ready to go to work with a new car on time that day! Also special thanks to Will Parrot who helped out with the financing process done quickly. Worst rating I could give- I went and bought a used truck for my son that is in the military so he had something to drive in the rain and snow without messing up his new one, everything I was told that worke for my son that is in the military so he had something to drive in the rain and snow without messing up his new one, everything I was told that worked was a lie, they said they would fix it to be operational and kept it for months and then offered to give me a $500 credit on repairs, but just the broke 4 wheel drive was going to be $800, everything you can think of doesn’t work Finally got aggravated and went and got it, it won’t hardly run at all now, so now my son is out of all that money and it’s sitting in the yard broke, oh and they stole my pistol out of the vehicle also even though I called the salesman and ask if he would get it out, he said they have never had a problem before so he didn’t worry about it, I am filing a police report since no one knows where it’s at. The owner Mr Schaffer was very unprofessional and was so rude to my husband. They took advantage of my son that was starting a career in the military on Military appreciation month. More
