Service department to install sliding bed cover and bed mat. Buying experience was excellent, Joe Mills was our sales person and was very knowledgeable of what we were looking for. Parts / Service department or Buying experience was excellent, Joe Mills was our sales person and was very knowledgeable of what we were looking for. Parts / Service department ordered a sliding bed cover and rubber floor mat for our vehicle, We were contacted and set up an appointment approximately 2 weeks later. My wife went to the dealership at the time and date for the service and was told that the person that installs the bed covers had gone home sick and service could not be done, needless to say she wasn't very happy since she had worked this into her schedule for this to be done. Seems that a phone call from a Nice establishment like this would not have been to big of a deal! Were going to try this again, hopefully in the near future and see how it works out this time. We were also told that service is not scheduled at this dealership (Aiken) but through the dealership in Augusta, doesn't make a lot of sense to me. More
