Justin explained what was wrong and assured us that his mechanics would take good care of the vehicle so we would have it back quickly. Happy days are here again I found the staff was very professional When I arrived they listened to what I had to say and the service manager we can fix that. I said go for it We went to the waiting area lounge. Manager said he would be be back shortly with a description of what repairs were needed. I told him to go ahead .and fix the car. He came back shortly and told me what was wrong . He said it will be done in 31/2 hours. He said that there is a shuttle driver that could take me and pick me up when the repairs were completed. The shuttle driver drove me and later came to pick me up. Stephanie did a great job of driving and was very knowledgeable about the Aiken Area. On a scale of 1 to 5 the staff is a 5++ More
