I have had my 2004 Lincoln LS serviced at Massey since the purchase in July 2004. This is the first time in my 28 years of owning cars that I have had my car serviced exclusively at a dealership. I would have never imagined that a) you could establish such a strong relationship with not only those on the service line but also the mechanic that frequently works on my car, b) the value of that relationship provides for peace of mind that the car will be serviced to my satisfaction, c) a loaner car will be provided if necessary and delivered to my office if I can't make it to the dealership and d) this level of comfort could be established with any dealership. All of this is very important to me as I drive 30,000+ miles/year and need dependable transportation. Massey's (Mike's) service team provides that peace of mind and has enabled my LS to reach 189,000 miles. Quite honestly, the TRUST that has been developed with Mike's team over the years convinced me to buy another Lincoln (2007 MKZ AWD)...Thank you Mike and team! More

I am a senior, he is a mature gentleman (I repeat, gentleman),I felt no no pressure, went out of his way, I bought the car! Douglas Hildebrand really helped me with my finance choices, he even helped me with the protection plan on my current Sonata Doug (can't remember his last name, all those Doug's) in finance was very nice and friendly (that was the shortest part, sign on the line, write the check, and done!) I am so happy I went to Hagerstown, to Massey Hyundai, I joked they should change the name to Doug's Inc. (there are so many Doug's) I love my 2006 Sonata, and they helped me with the 2010 so much. No dealer has ever gone out of their way like Massey did. More
I had already test drove the vehicle I wanted at a local dealership. Due to my schedule and the fact that I have a young child I don't have a lot of time to waste at a dealership. I was able to work with the salesman over email to get a quote and have all of my questions answered. This was great!!! When I got to the dealership, the car was detailed and ready to go. The salesman even emailed me with a list of items I could do ahead of time to save me time at the dealer. My overall experience was very positive. My husband and I went to several dealerships closer to our house while looking for a new vehicle, and we had some really horrible experiences. I would recommend this dealership, and the salesman - Rich Jensen. More

Very unprofessional dealership. The staff is courteous, of course, if you are there to buy a car, but once you've purchased the car, don't expect Massey Hyundai to be of much assistance if you should need of course, if you are there to buy a car, but once you've purchased the car, don't expect Massey Hyundai to be of much assistance if you should need it. I recently sold the vehicle I had purchased from Massey Hyundai in 2007 and was told to contact Massey Hyundai to obtain a cancellation form for the extended service agreement I had purchased. I have called twice only to receive no callback when transferred to voicemail. I have also appeared in person only to be dismissively told that "someone will get back to me". It has been two months and I have still not received any contact. Massey Hyundai will never again receive any of my business. More
