Service that fights on your behalf CTS broke down at Disney, I'm from Tampa... so On Star would only tow it to the nearest Dealership. My extended warranty (protect my car) was garbage CTS broke down at Disney, I'm from Tampa... so On Star would only tow it to the nearest Dealership. My extended warranty (protect my car) was garbage and stuck me with an $1800.00 bill... but the Service Manager Doug Smith fought them hard on my behalf. We lost, but I truly feel the Service team bent over backwards for me. Their courtesy loaner was an immaculate ATX, got me thinking I'll need another Caddy in the near future... I can't thank the guys enough. Only critique offering financing for bills over $1500.00 would be nice. More

Roadside assistance of my car I had to utilize Roadside Assistance last Friday, and found it to be THE BEST !! It was coordinated by Jake at Massey and Nelson who came to the hous I had to utilize Roadside Assistance last Friday, and found it to be THE BEST !!
