Doug would give me a call the following day when ready for pickup. He called me 1st thing the next morning saying he got the parts in late in the afternoon & the mechanic stayed to do the work. So instead of another day without my car I went right up and got my car. I so appreciated Doug going the extra mile! More
Doug was awesome! I went Massey Cadillac in south Orlando, FL. I was hoping to just get a reset done to my Cadillac Cue. I was told by first rep that resets can not be I went Massey Cadillac in south Orlando, FL. I was hoping to just get a reset done to my Cadillac Cue. I was told by first rep that resets can not be done and that if I am out of warranty this can cost $1300. I was very disappointed at this news. I quickly remembered that I had pay for extended warranty when I purchased my Cadillac thru Carmax. I told that rep this but he just told me to call Carmax and confirm that the part was covered. I was getting ready to leave the dealership that is when Doug stepped in, He told that he can work with Carmax extended warranty and replace the Cue and upload the new system. He informed me that Carmax would only be able to replace the part but not upload the system settings and that would mean that I would have to come back to Massey. Doug called Carmax extended warranty and managed to get the part the next day. My entire installation and systems upload was complete within an hour. I want to thank Doug for going the extra mile to help make this situation of mine as convenient as possible. Doug is a great definition of great customer service. Sincerely DS More
Car Service - Get a 2nd Opinion I was informed my front lower control arm bushings were cracked. I had a friend (Auto Technician/Mechanic) check my vehicle and he confirmed they were I was informed my front lower control arm bushings were cracked. I had a friend (Auto Technician/Mechanic) check my vehicle and he confirmed they were not cracked and nothing was wrong with them. Needless to say I was totally surprised and to be honest, confused. Clearly I am not an auto expert, so I have to rely on those in the business. I was quoted a price of $2,200 to fix the unnecessary repair. I request that the appropriate Cadillac representative review and confirm if this is standard practice at your dealerships. More

It all started when a salesman there named Michelangelo Copeland was recommended to me. He's smart, personable, has a good sense of humor, and, most importantly, delivers the goods. He's low keyed, not pushy and takes time to get to know his customers enough to make recommendations that fit. We enjoy out visits with him. Tie Michelangelo with Mike Chernow, the service manager and his crew of very good technicians and you have a winning combination. We're on our 3rd Cadillac in the short time we've been in the Orlando area and every experience has been great. I strongly recommend Massey South and Michelangelo. More

We immediately drove to the service department with high hopes of a repair, but very concerned that they would be booked and not able to take care of the problem quickly. The service manager took immediate action to get the vehicle in for repair and within 2 hours we were back on the road. I cannot say enough good things about their courtesy and rapid response......with service like this we will rethink the dealer we use for future Cadillac purchases. Thanks for all the great work. More
