We are extremely disappointed in our recent experience with Massey Cadillac regarding their trade-in pricing. We brought in our pristine BMW i7, in excellent condition with the highly sought-after Executi with Massey Cadillac regarding their trade-in pricing. We brought in our pristine BMW i7, in excellent condition with the highly sought-after Executive Package and low miles, only to be offered a trade-in value that was an astounding $37,000 below Kelley Blue Book (KBB). To make matters worse, the market is currently selling this vehicle higher than KBB suggests, making their offer even more unreasonable. As loyal customers who have purchased multiple Escalades from Massey Cadillac in the past, this experience was nothing short of shocking. The service and professionalism we previously received are nowhere to be found, leading us to believe that the dealership must have been acquired or is suffering from poor management. This is a far cry from the Massey Cadillac we once knew. Their lack of respect for loyal customers cost them not just one sale but two. We were prepared to purchase another vehicle for our son, who is turning 16, but their disregard for fair pricing and customer loyalty pushed us away. In stark contrast, Fields and AutoNation treat us with respect and know us by name because of the many vehicles we’ve purchased with them over the years. It’s clear Massey Cadillac didn’t value our business enough to make a reasonable offer or work to maintain the relationship. We’ll take our business elsewhere, to dealerships that appreciate and reward loyalty. More

NOT RECOMMENDED. BUYER BWEARE. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Beware of the Shell game and/4-square game with this dealer. I was looking at a deal on an F250 Diesel Truck. The BUYER BWEARE. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Beware of the Shell game and/4-square game with this dealer. I was looking at a deal on an F250 Diesel Truck. The dealership invoice out the door had questionable charges being passed onto the consumer. PermaPlate Protection=1253, Phantom Footprint=149. When I questioned these charges the sales manager, (part of another scheme known as the TurnOver, Salesman says he has to talk with manager), removed the charges, but then reduced the trade $1500. (Shell Game). This resulted in the a $98 net to the dealer. BEWARE, if they show you, yes, we can remove that charge, they likely make it up somewhere else, but the consumer is happy they see the removed charge. CHECK YOUR FINAL NUMBERS! The invoice also has other questionable charges. They charge 899 DOC Fee, but then also add 149 Electronic Filing fee and a tag fee, a Florida Plate does not cost 200. Shouldn't all of this be part of the document fee?? The tags and electronic filing fee are all documents that go with purchasing a vehicle. A scam/sham of a dealer, is when they put in hidden fees to raise the invoice. This is likely tied to the sales team milking as much as they can from the consumer. Not Me Massey! Massey and Sonic Auto Group will never see me as a customer, Or maybe they prefer the term, sucker?!? More

I purchased a vehicle that I was told was inspected and I questioned a noise I heard while test driving it. The salesman stated it was from normal wear and tear. I had the vehicle inspected by another deale questioned a noise I heard while test driving it. The salesman stated it was from normal wear and tear. I had the vehicle inspected by another dealer the following day only to be told that it was a $4K fix that the dealer who sold me the vehicle didn't want to deal with before selling it. I reached back out to the dealership only to be giving the runaround by the used car manager after I asked for the inspection report for the vehicle. He stated I'll call you right back and 7 days later still no return phone call. Buyers beware. More

My wife and I stopped at the dealership to see what was available with the XT-4 model. They didn’t have any in stock but said that should have one come in soon. We sat down and negotiated back and forth as available with the XT-4 model. They didn’t have any in stock but said that should have one come in soon. We sat down and negotiated back and forth as usually done. We finally came to an agreement with the help of the manager who was a great help. Within two weeks the car came in and now we are enjoying out new vehicle. More
