I can’t say Thank you enough to Shawn Walck and the technician at Massey Cadillac. I relocated to Orlando and have never been to Massey before, my Cadillac was making a noise. Shawn was so nice and qu technician at Massey Cadillac. I relocated to Orlando and have never been to Massey before, my Cadillac was making a noise. Bought a used truck from Massey had some issues a few weeks later and took it to their shop . Bill Waddle was very helpful and installed a new turbo only cost me a $100 what a great service department. W weeks later and took it to their shop . I purchased 5 Caddilac Escalade over the years . My a/c quite working on my Escalade took it Massey North I was greeted by Shawn my service advisor and Mr Billy Wattle they were very professional and was concerned about the issue I was having they made me I was greeted by Shawn my service advisor and Mr Billy Wattle they were very professional and was concerned about the issue I was having they made me feel very comfortable.
