I had been looking at multiple brands of 2-3 year old lightly used vehicles. Cadillac Escalade was one of those I had on my radar. I skipped looking at another car I had wanted to see, when the random salesperson in the lot told me I couldn't park where I'd parked, so I said "no worries!" and I drove away. Next was a Cadillac dealer that had a 4+ Star Review, so I thought "why not?" I got there and was immediately struck by how huge the place was and how clean. I told the woman behind the desk of my interest in a used Escalade, and she called in Dan to assist. There happened to be one that had just been taken into inventory. It was an ESV Platinum 600 with an Onyx Package (think everything usually chrome blacked out). It was perfect. Dan told me the price, which was within the range I was hoping to purchase one (i.e., Good or Fair according to Truecar.com). Took her for a drive. Loved it. Came back. Signed all the paperwork, including financing, and off I went! Simple!! Picked it up yesterday. All nicely detailed. Couldn't have been easier. HIGHLY recommend! More

We came in to buy a used car that was on the internet. We had an appointment yet it took 4.5 hours for an all cash deal.
