The majority of people at the North dealership location are just apathetic, to the point that it seems it must be closing. I mean it’s depressing in there. I bought a vehicle from here, only because they h are just apathetic, to the point that it seems it must be closing. I mean it’s depressing in there. I bought a vehicle from here, only because they had a specific one I wanted- not because everyone was helpful, friendly or even welcoming. From browsing to purchase to finance to closing, everyone in the chain acted like it was a burden to them. Even waiting around (which you do a lot of here) no one expect the receptionist was very friendly. Wrote the general manager once to express my dissatisfaction before pulling the trigger on the purchase and he never even lifted a finger to get back with me. Worst car buying experience I’ve had in a long time. More
