Unable to resolve the problems with my suv I brought my srx into them many times to be serviced. They were always pretty polite and made sure that I had at least a rental car if not a nice loaner car. My issue is that my suv was working great. I opted to have a fuel system cleaner added during routine service and oil change, it turned out that was a huge mistake. As soon as I got it back the engine was shuddering and the check engine light came on. I brought it back in four times and they were never able to resolve the problem. The last time I brought it in they kept it for two weeks. $6000 in repairs later With the problem still not resolved I gave up and traded the car in. Beware. More
Massey takes advantage of elderly My mom initially took her Cadillac CTS to Massey because of the interior lights cutting out. Massey determined that the fuse box in the trunk needed My mom initially took her Cadillac CTS to Massey because of the interior lights cutting out. Massey determined that the fuse box in the trunk needed to be replaced for around $800. When my mom brought the car home, her battery was completely dead. Autozone did a simple test and found that both the battery and the alternator needed to be replaced. I called Massey and they said they did an electrical test prior to my mom bringing the car home and found no problems other than the fuse box. How is it a small retail shop like Autozone can find the problem immediately and with no more than a $5 tip! I bought a new battery from Autozone so she could at least start her car and take it back to Massey for alternator repair. It took Massey 3 days to replace the alternator and when they finally did they stuck my mom with a $1000 bill! Replacing an alternator should be a simple, standard and cheap job! I left a message for the service manager, Billy Waddle, but he chooses not to return my calls to discuss this issue of taking advantage of the customer and trying to resolve issues. Im not sure how Massey got such an excellent rating on Cars.com. I can only think that the majority of these ratings are from Massey themselves. More
'DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER Bought 2004 Cadilac XLR from Massey Cadillac last year. Car was in excellent condition 33,000 miles. My wife decided she needed a larger car. They ha Bought 2004 Cadilac XLR from Massey Cadillac last year. Car was in excellent condition 33,000 miles. My wife decided she needed a larger car. They had a Chrysler 300S so we called Massey and went down to see the car. IT was a 2013 300S but the price was way out of wack They had it up for 29,990 lowered to 27,990 web special. This as about 3,990 above KKB suggested retail price and about 4400 above other dealers. Also they low balled me on my trade in.. They said my car needed 4 new shocks. Since I only put 3000 miles on the car I told them that it was impossible to ware out the shocks in only 3000 miles unless they were defective when they sold it t me and since the car was certified ..... We weren't far apart from making a deal but the floor manager was playing hard xxx. He wasn't budging from his price and would not consider revaluing my trade in . WE WALKED. I got home and the phone was ringing guess who the general manager from customer relations. He said he wanted to review the deal and had to xx and could possibly re-adjust the trade in price and lower the cost of the vehicle..Almost three days passed and he called 3 times saying he was still working on it. The next day I found another car. I called him before I purchased it to no avail. I wound up purchasing a 2014 Chrysler LT for $4,000 less then he was asking for the 2003. In my opinion the floor manager did not now how to close a deal and was totally clueless on customer relations. Oh yea, on the 300LT we were also far apart but the sales person and manager new they had to work with the customer on the price and trade in and we closed in 30 minutes. Did not have to wait for 3 days for a inconclusive answer. Massey lost the sale and a future buyer since that was my third Cadillac and I lost out on the car I really wanted. More

Several weeks ago I made an appointment to view a Cadillac SRX at Massey Cadillac in Orlando, Florida the afternoon before I stated to both the internet sales person and floor sales Ash Ali that I was coming from out of town approximately 50 miles to view the auto and to tell me if there is anything I needed to know that was not outlined in the ad. I was assured that everything was as outlined, great, after traveling close to one hour my wife and I arrived at the dealership, I announced to another salesperson that I have an appointment to see to Ali, he comes over and after introductions he proceeds to wander off aimlessly throughout the dealership, I looked over at my wife and stated “he does not have the car” after about ten minutes of watching “Stepin Fetchit” bob and weave from office to office I confronted him, he then told me it was sold last night!! To say I was peeved would be an understatement after my rant I cleared out the remaining sales people from the showroom and was confronted by the sales manager Bill Keen after telling Ali to leave so I could talk to Keen I then proceeded to explain my unhappiness, you know the old saying “how can you tell when a salesmen lies, etc., etc.” Keen fits that genre perfectly, he promised to have a check cut and mailed to compensate for my fuel expenditure and would do all he could to find the car we were looking for, I have yet to hear from him. I would like to mention one individual’s integrity and that is Mr. Jimmy Capps, he walked in on my rant and did all he could to calm me down and even followed up a week and one half later to see if I had found a vehicle. Massey Cadillac used to be a wonderful family run organization, now it is just part of a large conglomerate, so sad. By the way my wife and I have purchase a 2014 Escalade from a dealer that presented itself with honesty and integrity. If you need to shop at Massey by all means see Mr. Capps and stay away from the others I mentioned. More
After researching the SRX on line we had some figures and went to this dealer they gave me an excellent price below the MSRP and I was eligible for the Cadillac loyalty rebate of $1000. The trade in price was a few hundred above the edmonds.com Excellent trade-in price.. All said and done I received a very good deal from this dearlership...no games ...no hassels. The salesman Roosevelt H. did everything to make us happy. The SRX is without a doubt Fantastic to drive with its Quiet cabin tech and powerful engine(308 hp). At 4,277 lbs it is a solid vehicle that holds the road very well and gives you a comfortable ride as if you are sitting in your living room arm chair. If I had to say any thing Con about this vehicle it would have to be that Cadillac division of GM did not put a spare tire on board of every SRX...What a bad decision this was....Tom C. The tire warning light was on The Salesperson said that they do a 27 point comprehensive check up on each car brought in. The reason the light were on because they did not have time to send the car to Infiniti to check it out but is nothing serious. Car Fax has 2 minor accidents. IF YOU BUY OUR WARRANTY YOU CAN GO TO ANYONE OF OUR 500 dealerships and they will fix it. Yeah right. i took it to their service and was told they CANNOT fix that car here. Go back to the salesman and let him rectify it. Infiniti did a check up and told us that the warranty sold to us was not worth the paper written on. Went back to salesperson. He was running as fast as he can from me by now. His manager Bob left me in Corey's office for an hour and a half till I got fed up and left. When I finally got Bob on d phone. He told me NO ONE EVER TOLD ME that they will fix anything. Well folks. Be very careful of those snake oil salesmen over there. More
