Buying a car now a days was a nightmare for me especially when my car was totaled took 2 months learned a lot not all good actually didn't think it was going to happen but I must say when I happened upon Mas when my car was totaled took 2 months learned a lot not all good actually didn't think it was going to happen but I must say when I happened upon Massey Cadillac I had no more worries they took me by the hand answered all questions and concerns and made it a pleasant experience. Everyone I came in contact with cared and listened and most important went above and beyond their obligation I had bought a car without seeing it so they had brought it to me now most important here was I bought a used car NO WARRANTY AS IS do you believe they allowed me to bring it back made adjustments and gave me a rental during that time period all at no charge . I know most places would never and I mean never have done that again above and beyond The amount of compassion, patients and professionalism was outstanding shout out to Jose, Mike, Eloy and Fritz and anyone else I dealt with, I will recommend then to anyone EVERYTIME Thanks again guys Debra B, More

My a/c quite working on my Escalade took it Massey North I was greeted by Shawn my service advisor and Mr Billy Wattle they were very professional and was concerned about the issue I was having they made me I was greeted by Shawn my service advisor and Mr Billy Wattle they were very professional and was concerned about the issue I was having they made me feel very comfortable. I was furnished a loaner car and was on my way very quickly.My car was ready the next day,this is the best service department I have ever dealt with.
