Extremely disappointed in the Massey team. Reached out to them regarding a 26 Blackwing last week. Was told it was available, in stock. I followed up a few times on the status and was told was undergoing pre inspection since it had just been delivered I asked for a quote (Monday) which Brandon the new car sales manager sent, along with a follow up call for questions since it was an out of state purchase. I asked to put a deposit down and was told they would have the finance person call me. No call (Tuesday) from them so I called and they said “sorry, our sales manager will call you tonight.” No call that night. Wed they call back and I tell them nobody called me, I'm pushing to get the deal done and pay. They apologized and said somebody would call. No call all day (Wed) so I finally called back only to be told that they sold the car to a local guy. “Sorry.” I wasted 1 week trying to buy a car only to be mislead and ultimately screwed over. I had started moving funds and financing as well as looking at plane tickets to pick the car up on Friday. At least have the courtesy to call and say the car was sold, but just ghosting a customer is unacceptable on any level. If this is how they treat customers during the purchase process I can’t imagine what it’s like if you have an issue post sale. Massey left a bad taste in my mouth and definitely fit the stereotype of a typical dealership. Consider alternatives, especially if you are an out of state customer. More

Massey Cadillac adds an unnecessary, worthless $1,200 Permaplate protection plan to the cost of the car that you can't refuse. AND they charge 3% for Credit Card down payments. I WANTED to split the DP o Permaplate protection plan to the cost of the car that you can't refuse. AND they charge 3% for Credit Card down payments. I WANTED to split the DP on my Delta Miles Card and the rest on my Debit.. It would have cost me $150. Mind you I just purchased another vehicle at MB of North Orlando in August and neither of those issues were realized. The only reason why I even gave 2 stars was Jake was great to work with. Incidently...had they not FORCED the overpriced Permaplate I would have definitely purchased the extended warranty. More
