From the start, Robert A. was courteous, exceptionally professional and responsive to me in my search for my first Maserati GT. I was extremely impressed with Robert's knowledge of his product and the entire process, which included shipment of the car to my home out of state. Robert was a "no pressure" salesman throughout, and was forthright and transparent, always willing to answer all of my questions, some of which were borne from prior bad dealership experiences. Robert and his colleagues (Tim in Sales and Jason in service) were very accommodating to me and my schedule as well and made it all happen! I had been looking at GT's at other dealerships for over a year and am thrilled I found Robert and Maserati Main Line, and I absolutely recommend him and his dealership if you want a straightforward, fair and transparent experience! I called Tim and explained to him that i have been around the car business for a long time asked him if he could help me find the car i wanted and if he would please not make me go through the back and forth show as do all the other dealerships do, i said i don't have time for it nor do i have the patience, he came back to me with the right number the first time, i then said to him i am away on business and could not get there until next week, again no problem, when i got there i was getting ready to anchor in for a 4 hour delivery process and once again he shocked me with, when ever your ready Mike we are so come on in and lets get your paperwork done, with the paperwork and a very extensive demo of the car we where out of there in an hour and a half I could not have been more pleased with the way we where handled and the whole experience was just amazing .
