During that time they have performed high quality service and the car still looks and drives like a new car. In particular, BRIAN KENNEDY as my service advisor has been outstanding in reviewing the entire car, focusing on safety and performance and ensuring that the work is performed at a reasonable cost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. More

Horrible service( Alfred ) service writer I got a cracked windshield on my Maserati and called my insurance travelers which they set up everything for me and did all the leg work to have it re I got a cracked windshield on my Maserati and called my insurance travelers which they set up everything for me and did all the leg work to have it replaced at the tail end of things they called Maserati on three way with me so we all could be on the same page etc. we spoke with (Alfred) service writer and set up a appt with me for Monday the 13th of November . When i got there the first person i saw was Alfred told him I’m here for a appt he looked up my name and said no appt for you i said i have waited a week and that’s impossible . He then said who did you speak with , told him the whole story of the windshield , insurance three way calling etc. he continued to play dumb .amd also said he never spoke to any insurance company about windshield . So i called my insurance on three way and put them on speaker and asked them if they have a note or anything of whom they spoke with BecUse Maserati is saying that they never spoke with us .. my insurance says yes a guy named (Alfred ) so i quickly glance at him as he is lisenting to Thebes conversation . He quickly jumps and says well i speak to insurance companies all day it’s hard to know exactly which one and continues to say he never spoke with them . My insurance company then says we have a detailed notes of the conversation .he had nothing to say but doesn’t matter if he spoke with them or not he says there’s still no appt for you , so i said yes because you didn’t do your job !!! He then said ok you can leave now or get the f:#%out . he needs to work at a Kia dealership or something high line is not for him at all if he even knows what that means . !!! Horrible customer service ..!!!! More

Unless your issue is covered under warranty, you are screwed. In sum, I bought the car from there. It rained once and water came into the back seat, and behold, I see stains. Now on to the backdrop details to why I rated a 1-star and I am no longer a client there. At first, I thought they were water spots so I thought it was just going to dry out and be fine, right? Or, perhaps it was bound to be stained since the seats are dyed, or maybe it is something that came up from under the seat..? But this eventually didn't add up when I analyzed the issue. To make one part of the story short, it wasn't something that came up from under the seat. Now I am left with one explanation, that water did that. However, if in fact it was only water that did all of that, then the stains should look consistent across the bottom as the water is light enough to drip all the way down. Well, one big stain was almost a perfect circle that stopped a couple of inches before the "bottom." To me it makes sense that the area had something on it that was dyed over and that the water just broke the dye over it loose. How else would this make sense? Stay with me, here come the details. Due to lack of clear evidence to my explanation, I paid out of pocket to replace the leather. It was discovered that there is dye all over, under, and around the area with the stains. As such, it was in fact water, or in the dealer's eyes, a liquid light and strong enough to break up the dye and spread it all over, under the leather. Now going back to the position of the stains contradicts this and the dealer failed to explain this one away. Remember the aforementioned stain that looked like it had water that somehow did not drip all the way to the edge? So I am left with an explanation that whatever spilled (in their eyes) was light enough to go through the perforated seats and strong enough to loosen the dye and leave stains. Yet, it was simultaneously heavy enough to leave odd looking stains with one being a few inches away due to being unable to drip all the way down and through.... What?! By all means add it all up! Now why I stuck with a 1-star rating. The dealer said the warranty doesn't cover external causes to the stains. It makes sense at face value, sure. However, the logic stands on the merit that there is consistency with "whatever" externally caused the issue. You tell me as an outsider who doesn't know me nor the dealer: how can something light enough to deeply penetrate under the leather also be heavy enough to not drip to the edge in one spot? I bought the car from them and didn't get anything from them except out-of-context explanations that do not add up to consistently explain the issue. Apparently, since the warranty doesn't cover it, it is too complicated to be addressed in its context. Thus, I am no longer their client. Goodluck to you if you become their client and run into a complicated issue. More
