I've gone in for regular oil change, alignment.. etc. Last week, my starter died two days before my cruise to the bahamas that embarked in Cape Canaveral, I talked to my Service Advisor Ryan Murphy, not only he was able to take my car in for repair that Friday, he rearranged a loaner for me, so that I could drive 2 hours to get to my destination. I've always enjoy the politeness and professional manner that everyone exhibit in the department. Ryan and the team have made the repair very smooth, and I will continue to have my car service there. Service on my Maserati QP GTS Just had my car's annual service completed by Reeves Maserati. It was a fantastic experience. They sent a driver with a loaner car to my house in Sara Just had my car's annual service completed by Reeves Maserati. It was a fantastic experience. They sent a driver with a loaner car to my house in Sarasota to pick my car up. The driver was on time a courteous. Dealing with Jamie and Tracey in the service department was fantastic. They did the job and found other small issues. They came up with a fair price and the work was performed as promised. The car was delivered back to my house at the time they stated. I highly recommend this service department and will continue to use them and refer them to other local Maserati drivers. Thank you! More

I work close to this dealership and like to take care of things on my lunch hour. I can't stand spending six hours of my Saturday going back and forth with "the Manager" to buy a car. I knew what I wanted, how much I could pay, and what my trade was worth. I was able to test drive on my lunch hour and received a call from Dakota as to the numbers shortly after work. I picked up the car the next day. I do appreciate Reeves respect for people's time and clarity when reviewing the costs for purchase. This is the second car I have purchased from Reeves but it will not be the last. C. Zelaya More

Finding the time to come in Saturday was difficult enough. Thankfully, the Jeep dealer down the street considered me to be less of a felony risk and accepted my check. Love my new Grand Cherokee! I had a great experience with this dealership and Dakota was excellent. I am a Veteran and get special pricing through USAA. The problem is the dealership that I had to go to had horrible reviews. Terrible experience from the start. I was essentially ignored from the moment I entered the dealership. The sales staff and management were quite arrogant and made it seem like I was a bother for even tr ignored from the moment I entered the dealership. Needless to say I purchased my Porsche from a different dealership and couldn't have had a better experience. I've never come across a more arrogant sales staff. I would NEVER go back to this dealership! More
I am SOOO upset with Reeves VW Service Center right now. I brought my car back for a truck issue that wasn't fixed properly and they tried to charge me for it again when they didn't fix it right the first t I brought my car back for a truck issue that wasn't fixed properly and they tried to charge me for it again when they didn't fix it right the first time. NOW.. I just noticed there are 3 chunks of paint missing from my trunk there were NOT there when I brought the vehicle in. AND.. when they replaced the battery, they never reset my XM Satellie Radio. Shouldn't that be on the checklist? Now I have to have THOSE issues addressed. I am sooo frustrated with them right now. I LOVE my EOS.. but not so much the Reeves Service Center right now. More
