However, when I got home after leasing the vehicle I noticed a VW Maintenance Plan that was a $389 charge not disclosed to me that it was optional. The quick shuffling of paperwork "slight f hand" from the Finance Manager was uncovered when I went through the paperwork. It is unfortunate when a dealer wants to make a few hundred dollars and its more important than being upfront, giving customers a choice. So based on this I would say watch your paperwork carefully, they use old time tactics and have not obviously moved on past the bad way dealers did business in the 1980"s More
Terrible customer service. I took my little sisters vehicle there for a diagnostics test and felt uncomfortable from the start. I had an appointment and this customer service. I took my little sisters vehicle there for a diagnostics test and felt uncomfortable from the start. I had an appointment and this was my first time there so I was unsure about who to talk to. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything, just people typing away at their computers. It took about 20 minutes before a guy who was servicing someone else asked if I had been helped yet. So, fast forward to the following afternoon...I get a call from a guy named Rick. He went over the issues the car had. I told him I would call him back to determine whether I'd get the car serviced there. I took about a hour/hour and a half so Rick called me. I decided that I would not get the service done, just an oil change, possibly a wiper replacement. He told me he would find out if the wipers were already put on the vehicle and would give me a call "later this evening" when it's ready. I never received a call. I called them and spoke to another guy who said that the status of my car read as complete but he couldn't confirm that the vehicle was ready for pick up. He then stated that he would email Rick to find out. He didn't specify that Rick was not in and that they were closing soon. I never received that follow up call about picking my vehicle up. I called back about 15 minutes later and a woman answered and told me the service department was closed and she had no documents regarding a pick up. On to the next morning, I get a call from Rick saying that he received an email about my inquiry and that he told me the car would be ready at noon. I spoke with him at 11:35am he did not say it would be ready at noon or in a few minutes, he stated " later this evening". He then mentioned "oh and the wipers were already put" which is fine but he said he would let me know the day before. So, now I have to pay an additional day for a rental because I could not get my vehicle back. Due to poor communication. The only positive out this experience was that the issues with the car were figured out and I got a shuttle home so they get 2 stars instead of 1. But this has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any business. More
Brake Care Becomes Rear Main Seal Care Too Having purchased Brake Parts online and through Reeves Volkswagen Parts, made an appointment to have our Volkswagen Touareg TDI in for Brake Service. Having purchased Brake Parts online and through Reeves Volkswagen Parts, made an appointment to have our Volkswagen Touareg TDI in for Brake Service. With 84,892 miles driven from 18 miles new, both sets are 6 mm. During Reeves Service Inspect performed before maintenance, their technician discovered engine oil leaking between the engine block and transmission. Upon my personal visual inspection together with their technician, set about contacting USAA-Assurant-Solutions, our Extended Vehicle Protection. Happily, the Rear Main Seal and labor to repair our Touareg is fully covered, along with an Enterprise Auto Rental. Agent: Toni W, Tech: Antoine and Enterprise: Shaneida D-S, were exceptional. A salesperson, Sondra Narciso, was deeply involved with another customer, concluding a sale, I recently visited Reeves VW to checkout the new VW GTI. A salesperson, Sondra Narciso, was deeply involved with another customer, concluding a sale, yet was kind enough to drop what she was doing to accomodate me and arranged a test drive for me of the car I was interested in. She was so cheerful and kind. Even though I decided not to buy the car, I recommend her warmly. Sondra Narciso will treat you right! I am not an employee of Reeves VW. Reeves in Tampa is a great place to look for your dream car . I I have purchased many cars at Reeves over the years and have always found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and interested in listening to ex . I I have purchased many cars at Reeves over the years and have always found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and interested in listening to exactly what I was looking for . I have never felt pressured to purchase anything. I just recently purchased a 911 Carrera GTS cabriolet from Reeves Porsche. I've visited the show room so many times over the last couple years. I was sure they were going to throw me out. although I found them to be receptive every time, answering every question, as simple and as irritating as I'm sure they were. Jeff and Liam played a big part in helping me make my decision and I truly consider them friends. When I visit Reeves for service I feel like I am visiting family and look forward to it every time. I strongly recommend meeting David in Land Rover, George in Audi, Melissa in Volkswagon and of course Jeff and Liam in Porsche. Thank you for helping me live the dream Kent Spears More
