I purchased a 2013 Touareg from Reeves VW. I consider myself as somewhat of a difficult customer when it comes to negotiation and getting what I want. I was in no hurry for a new vehicle and Reeves was more than cooperative with applying no pressure at all. I will start with we had no intentions on buying a VW. Last year 1/12 we spoke with Liam after a co-worker told us to just go see. My husband is a District Sales Manager for a major company and extremely busy, with that in mind Liam was aware of how precious time is to us and sitting in a dealership all day was not for us. Liam never once made us feel like the million calls we made to him was a bother. He was able to do almost everything but pick up the car, through the internet and phone calls. We were able to walk in sign and leave with the car. Liam was one of the best salesman we have ever worked with. He made a VW customer for life. So much so that we went back this year and bought another VW. We have to drive past several dealerships and drive over an hour to work with Liam and VW, never a doubt we will forever go there. As for the service Rick has worked with us and again service at its best. I would expect nothing less. Reeves has out done itself as the quality of people they employ. More

Absolutely not interested in fixing my car. For 1 years I went 12 time (new car) and they kept saying there is no problem, when the light was on! When I decided to pursue the lemon law they suggested to repl went 12 time (new car) and they kept saying there is no problem, when the light was on! I am extremely hard time to believe the previous two ratings are not from dealership. Several days ago, I e-mailed Reeves Volkswagen a lease proposal on a gray VW GTI I saw on their web page. I wasn't enthusiastic about the gray and actually preferred the white, but none were on the web pa proposal on a gray VW GTI I saw on their web page. Later that evening, Sondra, a salesperson at Reeves called me and told me they recently sold the gray GTI, but were getting a new white GTI fresh off the boat in a day or two! What a terrific coincidence! That's the color I actually wanted! Not only that but Sondra accepted my lease proposal too! Two days later that white GTI was mine! No games or tricks and at a terrific lease deal! The lease payment is exactly what we agreed to by e-mail and over the phone-to the penny! I was truly the only customer to drive the car when I got to the dealership as it really was fresh off the boat with a very high VIN and only 11 miles on it. Sondra , the salesperson, was terrific-no pressure and very friendly. Howard, the finance guy was also low pressure and didn't push the option packages when I said "no". I highly recommend Reeves Volkswagen. They are a class act!! More
