Brought car in for AC compressor… AC was not working. Dealer replaced compressor and recharged system - apparently tested the system however, AC inconsistently blew cold air. Offered loaner and to bring Dealer replaced compressor and recharged system - apparently tested the system however, AC inconsistently blew cold air. Offered loaner and to bring car back in- issue with loaner and had to reschedule. Offered loaner again and expressed to rep that I was going out of town- found out upon trying to pick up the loaner I could not take vehicle outside of 60 mile radius per loaner agreement - could not take loaner. Went on trip out of town with AC intermittently working (luckily temps were cool that week). Brought car back in after returning from trip. AC was checked by dealer again and was told everything was functioning properly. AC was still blowing cold intermittently Upon pickup and driving next several days. Dealer recommended additional $1200 AC Drier Dehydrator filter (parts and install) but could not guarantee it to resolve issue. Researched Maserati online forums.and spoke with Independant Maserati tech out of Atlanta who agreed the dryer filter was not the issue based on detailed symptoms. Recommended accessory on- no startup for about 30 seconds to a minute. Turn off and then start up vehicle. Apparently there is a self learning program for a plumbing valve which this addresses. AC is now fully and consistently working properly. I will say that the staff at the dealer was always extremely friendly and courteous. More

Purchasing a luxury vehicle should be a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I received typical actions from the salesperson (Pavlo) after closing on the deal. 1. Questions on the vehicle's safety feature that I voiced were never addressed with an answer! 2. Questions on possible overlooked used car inspection standards were overshadowed by the vehicle purchase price! 3. I called to talk with someone in the warranty department about potential coverage and left several messages, but I never received a callback! Unfortunately, this is the only Maserati Dealership in the Jacksonville area. GREAT VEHICLE, BUT BAD SERVICE!!! More
