I brought our Maserati to them to fix a stalling problem, I spoke with Josh Johnson, the Service Director and he told me he knew what was wrong with the car and that they could fix it, so I agreed to have them complete the work and pay them the fee they wanted to repair the car. The next day I received a call from Josh, he said good news the car is fixed and ready to be picked up. We drove 2 hours back to the dealership to pick up the car and on our way home the car continued to have stalling issues, actually it was even worse. We called Josh right away and told him that the car wasn't fixed and is now stalling all the time and not safe to drive. He admitted to me that they really didn't know what was wrong with the car. At that point we requested a refund as we would now need to take the car to a different dealership to get fixed and they refused. He said they worked on the car and should be paid. I didn't pay them to work on my car. I paid them to fix it, not make it worse. To make matters even worse, every time we call the dealership to speak with Josh his co-worker Amanda would answer the phone who seems to get great pleasure out of being condescending and as unhelpful as humanly possible... I called another Maserati dealership and told them about our experience with Maserati of Willington Pike and they told me they weren't surprised and in fact they get a lot of business from people who have taken their car too Maserati of Willington Pike and were unhappy. I have owned a lot of high-end cars and trucks and have never been treading like way. I would highly recommend that you avoid the Maserati of Willington Pike dealership in Chadds Ford PA. More

The service at this dealership is horrible. I’ve had to bring back my car 3 times for the same issue. The service dept is just not competent. They also never have loaner vehicles. Another dealership sold me a mess. 50 miles home the check engine light came on which means they cleared the codes. I called Maserati of Wilmington Pike in need of help. This staff put up with my anger, not directed at them purposely, put up with my whining, Treated me with respect, helped me out on price of rims, fixed the car, took it out to get it detailed and handed back. There was one more small issue with a censor that I took it back for...It was an $800 charge but they didn't charge me a dime. I dropped it off, went on vacation, came back and picked it up on the day promised when I got back. They habded me the keys and said we're not charging you, we appreciate you bringing it here and the money you've already spent. To Josh, Hanna, Chelsea and the whole crew behind the scenes...thank you so much for such respectful and professional service!! More

One of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had! I was misled on the price of the car I wanted to buy and misled on the value of my trade in. I came in trying to buy a car outright and the salesman I was misled on the price of the car I wanted to buy and misled on the value of my trade in. I came in trying to buy a car outright and the salesman insisted on me financing the car. He didn't even entertain an outright purchase so he could push me to finance something. The general manager allowed the used car manager to hold my car key and kept me on the lot for an addition 90 minutes after the "deal" fell apart. When the used car manager returned my car key I asked if it was common practice to hold the key of a car that the dealership did not own and to take the key off the lot. The used car manager responded in an aggressive and threatening tone of "how dare you ask me such a question". In trying to continue to sell me on the car, the general manager came out and was pointing to another consumer and said "see this car? I'm going to kill them on that car. I don't worry about small deals like yours". He said that the dealership made 500k a month in sales and that a deal like mine wasn't worth his time. It was by far the most unprofessional interaction I've experienced in the auto-shopping environment. I will never purchase a vehicle from a Mike Piazza dealership, especially Maserati of Wilmington Pike. More
