Dishonest and illegal business practices. Charged $400 for a faulty repair. Also, lied to me to avoid contractual obligation to honor an Alfa Romeo factory issued warranty (Mopar Max Care). Service appointments start when scheduled; work is completed quickly and Service Tech provides a video of the vehicle inspection. Only one negative and this is new - they started adding a service cha completed quickly and Service Tech provides a video of the vehicle inspection. Only one negative and this is new - they started adding a service charge for payment by credit card. When we're paying premium rates for parts and labor we shouldn't be incrementally covering credit card fees. More
