Senior manager was very disrespectful to me regarding my vehicle situation. They did not honor my warranty and I had to come out if pocket form my vehicle repair. Very disappointed with the dealership. Multiple issues and not rectified. I bought a New grecale jan of 2025. out of town purchase. Paid for enclosed transport to be shipped to me. The car was send on a cheap open transport in bad weather. Arrived in pretty bad situation with lot of iron residue and dirt and scratch marks. The extra money collected for enclosed transport was not refunded to date. There was only one key provided and that too was broken. Was not informed at time of purchase that the second key was missing and first key broken. Manager knew about the keys when the car was picked up for transport per the transport company person. He even have a picture to document. The original carpets were not on the car. After multiple times going back and forth, a second key was send which also didn’t have the actual key. Able to drive the car with the fob. In case I need to use manual key, I will be stuck. The carpets are still not provided after 5 months. A rubber mat was mailed to me instead of original carpets. Overall car was sold with false pretense and response to inquir was unprofessional. To date nothing done to rectify the situation. Totally unexpected from a Maserati dealership. Car is in for first service. Will update if any other part missing. From my experience I urge anyone considering to buy from this dealership to triple check the accessories prior to picking up the car. More

When I reached out about a Giulia they had on the website, they were super responsive and accommodating.
