We purchased a BMW M5 from this dealership on May 26. Within two hours of leaving the lot, the car broke down. The engine began misfiring and four error codes appeared on the dash. We had driven just 60 Within two hours of leaving the lot, the car broke down. The engine began misfiring and four error codes appeared on the dash. We had driven just 60 miles. Despite their promise that any mechanical issues would be handled by BMW technicians, the dealership refused to take responsibility. Instead, they blamed the way the car was driven — even though during the test drive, the salesman told me I could “really feel the performance” after we bought it. That alone raised red flags. And frankly, what happened during the test drive is a whole separate story — one I’m choosing not to share for their sake, to save them further embarrassment. We live 50 miles away and had to pay out of pocket to tow the car back. Since then, we’ve returned to the dealership four times — over 8 hours of driving — with no progress, no communication, and no repairs. The vehicle is still with them, untouched. It has now been over three weeks, and we are left without a car or any sign of resolution. We urgently need this vehicle returned in the condition we paid for. They also promised cosmetic repairs after purchase, which were never completed. When I tried discussing our experience with another customer in the showroom, the finance manager, Chris, quickly stepped in to change the subject — a clear attempt to silence negative feedback. The dealership itself had spiders crawling on the floor, and the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional and neglected. One salesman casually mentioned they make $10K–$15K per month, which unfortunately makes sense given the way customers are treated once the payment clears. We’ve since learned that the local police department is familiar with this dealership due to numerous complaints — a fact that should concern any serious buyer. Also, be aware: whenever a negative review is posted, a suspicious wave of five-star reviews quickly follows. It’s clearly a tactic to protect their rating and bury real feedback. Look past the stars — read the actual stories. If you’re considering buying a sports or high-performance vehicle here, I strongly advise you not to. These cars are sensitive and expensive, and this dealership has shown zero willingness to stand behind what they sell. You’re taking a huge risk — and once something goes wrong, you’re on your own. This has been a frustrating, disappointing, and emotionally exhausting experience for our family. We’re simply asking the dealership to honor their word and repair the vehicle to BMW standards — as they promised during the sale. It has already been over three weeks with no action. We need this resolved now. Buyers, be cautious. Their friendliness ends the second they have your money. More
