If I could give zero stars, I would. My entire experience with Maserati of Monmouth has been four months of absolute frustration. Three days after buying the car, it completely died because of a bad battery. What should’ve been a simple replacement somehow turned into three weeks of waiting, constant delays, and almost zero communication. Most phone calls went unanswered, and I had to follow up nonstop just to get basic updates. Once I finally got the car back and was able to drive it again, I immediately found multiple issues that should’ve been handled before the car was sold: – The side-view mirror didn’t work – The taillight was cracked – The headlights were dim, fogged, and needed replacement Getting these things fixed took another five weeks, and again the car just sat there until I physically showed up in person to push them to even start working on it. The situation got so bad that I went to the Ocean Township Police Department to ask what could be done. They told me that because this is a private dealership, their hands were tied—but they also mentioned they’ve received many complaints from other customers about this same place. Hearing that honestly said a lot about the pattern of issues here. Between the delays, the lack of communication, and the endless back-and-forth, the entire process has been nothing but four months of torture. No customer—especially at a dealership selling luxury vehicles—should be treated this way. If you value honesty, communication, or just basic professionalism, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. More
