Anna in the sales dept is an absolute saint. On top of being the consummate professional, she is incredibly patient and goes the extra mile for you any way she can. She called me often, was transparent about the process, and politely clarified any misunderstandings or confusion. Treat her with the respect she deserves and I guarantee you will have a great experience purchasing a vehicle through her. I sure did. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my one experience trying to speak to other representatives at the dealership, I was not pleased with phone tag and being transfered quite a bit. Generally speaking though, everyone is helpful at M&AR of Monmouth. More
