Jose texted me in the morning to look for Frank Sorensen when I get there so he could let me test drive and handle my case. When I arrived, Frank wasn’t there receptionist said he is off today but someone else will take care of me. I don’t remember the name of saleswoman but said that car is sold 2days ago. I was panicked and had to return to my city with empty hands. They don’t know what they are doing and Very unprofessional and WORST BMW DEALER ever I have experienced. More

f you're looking for a pre-owned vehicle be careful as the price on Cars.com, Edmunds.com, etc is not actually the selling price but after a down payment. Have to go to their site to actually get the true price. In addition, they do have salvaged title vehicles, multiple accidents, so make sure you review the carfax carefully. I attempted to buy a 2019 BMW x3 there, made an appointment, started to go for a test drive, but the car had a flat tire, both front tires were bold. Five days later after my daily phone calls to the sales manager and salesman were going mostly unanswered, they said the car was finally ready for another test drive, when i arrived the salesman was putting air in the same bold tires while I waited for 20 minutes. Crazy! More
Update at the end of the review as this situation didn’t start out to good. However, after doing a little research and getting to the person I should have contacted from the beginning once the issues start start out to good. To say the least, they get a 10 for shady and a -1 for customer service. They do not care about helping their customer. They care about selling a vehicle no matter the cost. My experience was horrific and I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. What should have been one of the most exciting experiences left me completely upset, bothered and shocked at the lack of empathy a human being could have for another human being. The place is poorly managed and run. If a customer has an issue and you’re not equipped to handle it then at the least you turn it over to your GM or the owner. Not this dealer. The person they say is their GM - Jason should be FIRED sight on scene. Three weeks later and I do not have the car a I was so excited to purchase and I am still receiving notices that my first payment is due on the 5th. My loan was to be unwinded and they are taking their sweet time to do so. And when asked to provide copies so that I am reassured, they promise and then don’t deliver just like my experience with purchasing my new but broken vehicle. Not enough space on the page for all the details of this situation. After speaking with the owner via linked in, I finally got the car I fell in love with. It’s not the exact one, but better. Instead of the 2022 Giulia TI, I am not leaving the dealership with a brand new 2023 Giulia TI. Mr Dip, George and Ryan really turned my negative experience into a very positive one. They got me to the number I was comfortable with and also kept their word and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I’m getting ready to drive off the lot and hopefully the second time is a charm and there is not a third time. Thank you and sometimes first impressions aren’t always the last impressions. More
