Purchased a 2019 mini cooper VMZYT3CC51K3E95770 from them on 4/19/25. Within a week it was leaking coolant, took it to BMW/MINI of Freeport Ny for diagnosis. Had major safety failures: right side engine moun on 4/19/25. Within a week it was leaking coolant, took it to BMW/MINI of Freeport Ny for diagnosis. Had major safety failures: right side engine mount needed to be completely replaced, engine resting on metal,/ excessive play in lower engine consequence of broken engine mount./ Cracked control arm bushings,/ coolant leak in thermostat /secondary coolant leak in oil filter housing, /drive belt needed to be replaced. The dealership owner took the car back for repair on May 3, by June 10th when they had repaired only the two coolant leaks I requested a refund, June 16 2025 I received a full refund however on June 13th this dealership relisted this car for sale without repairs.
