They sent me a car that doesn't have working heat, doesn't have some functions that they advertise it as like backup cameras, the key fob doesn't work, and the car smells like someone left a sewage tank open in the vents. I kindly bring the issue up with my sales rep and was referred to their absolutely garbage "service" center. I explained the issue very calmly but firmly stated that this wasn't what I was expecting and that I (understandably) would like the dealership to cover it. I was met with hostility and rudeness, like I was being talked to as a child. Their service manager, I can't remember if it was Max or Jarrett, said in a rude tone that he would call me back shortly that day. Late afternoon I call again to check in because it's New York and 20 degrees - I'm put on hold for 15 minutes and then transferred to some extension without being told by a live person. Left a message, again - calmly but firmly stating the issue. A couple days went by and I never heard back. I reached out to my service rep and she said she would tell them to call me that day. Never heard from anyone. I reached back out to my rep a couple days later and she said that she would once more tell them to contact me. It's been over a week and I have been driving a cold, smelly car and have heard from absolutely nobody from this dealership. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and rude treatment from the staff here. I have all the receipts. Reach out if you think any of this is inaccurate. You've got my number, email, and messages. I wish I could give less than 1 star. These people tried to bait and switch me. I saw an add for a 2017 Mustang V6 Premium convertible priced at $18,905. He showed me a work sheet the vehicle price was $20, 905, and then tried to use some bull about Car Gurus not showing the correct price. I then spied the Doc fee of $1195 which is totally just inflating a service that has no real cost. The vehicle was presented to me filthy , they might have washed it as they knew I had an appt to see the vehicle. The front tires was bald and dry rotted, this vehicle is unsafe to drive. There was new damage on the left rear 14 panel. It was scratched and popped out of place. If you are smart never buy a vehicle here. More
