We recently purchased a vehicle from Masano after going through a dozen other dealerships and getting nowhere. We were offered crazy interest rates at every other place, like 22% or more. I found this Mustang I really liked and Masano's price is unbeatable comparing to dealers in my area (central VA). So I called them and told them I would fly to PA to get this car. As it is not customary for them to reserve cars without a visit, Diane went all the extra miles to talk to her manager and made an exception for me. Two days later I was in Reading and the car is exactly as described in excellent condition! (I honestly only expected fair to good condition given the price) Everyone in this dealership was friendly and they did all they could to help me install an aftermarket stereo, which I needed to power my iPhone and navigate me back to VA. Though it did not work out since they are not a customs shop and do not have a wiring for my stereo, they find me a local shop which did the job fast so I could get back on the road. Diane even called me after the weekend to check if I got back to VA OK! I am very satisfied with Masano and it was totally worth the visit, even with my flight fare and everything out-of-the-door I got the car for less than the asking price from dealers around my area!
