What more can we say, My husband said that you take pictures before all around the car before working on it, maybe you should check your pictures, my husband also said that the tech leaned on the front seat to turn on the car to get the odometer reading, so do you still think our car had feces on the front seat drivers side?

In the course of a visual check of the front brake pads which did not appear worn. i did a further inspection tear down, trusting that your tech was correct. I found little wear, then completed a front brake job myself since it was already disassembled. i had the same anomaly a couple years bsck over the serpentine belt, was charged for that only to find later, it was never changed. i let that go. At this point there is little to nothing you can do. it's already done. Michael Haynes
