Marty's GMC - Service Center

Absolutely exceptional! Yesterday I had car problems w/ my GMC Acadia. I called the place where I bought it and they couldn’t help me. I called Marty’s, where my husband & I Yesterday I had car problems w/ my GMC Acadia. I called the place where I bought it and they couldn’t help me. I called Marty’s, where my husband & I have bought cars before, and Bill answered in service. I told him the situation and without hesitation he said bring the car to Martys and we can fix it today and give you a rental car so you can get to work. I was so happy! Bill made my stressful morning so much better and so easy. I had some papers to sign and he showed me how my rental car started and was so nice and helpful. Bill went above and beyond in customer service and I’ve told so many friends and family about my experience at Marty’s! You run a top notch dealership and I will be servicing and buying cars from Martys now on in the future. If I had to rate my service from 1-10, I would give Bill a 20! Absolutely exceptional!!!! 80,000 miles check up I bring my truck in for service when it’s due.
