Making an appointment was very easy and everyone was pleasant to deal with. However, when my vehicle was completed there were oil drips staining the engine compartment and smudges all over the paint fro pleasant to deal with. However, when my vehicle was completed there were oil drips staining the engine compartment and smudges all over the paint from where the technician had leaned on my vehicle. I would have expected to at least wipe the vehicle down and clean up after themselves. This was not the case. They also parked the vehicle in a very tight parking space and did not pull it around for me at pickup as I expected. More
