It was my first time going to your service department and I found it confusing when you pull in, do I stay in my car, does someone come out to me, (other dealerships with similar drive ins come out to me) af I found it confusing when you pull in, do I stay in my car, does someone come out to me, (other dealerships with similar drive ins come out to me) after waiting awkwardly for a few mins while more than one employee just walked my me I went inside and the guy at the desk acted bothered that I was there and didn’t know what I was doing or where to go, extremely unimpressed with “customer service” I will say when checking out they were more pleasant. Making an appointment was very easy and everyone was pleasant to deal with. However, when my vehicle was completed there were oil drips staining the engine compartment and smudges all over the paint fro pleasant to deal with. However, when my vehicle was completed there were oil drips staining the engine compartment and smudges all over the paint from where the technician had leaned on my vehicle. I would have expected to at least wipe the vehicle down and clean up after themselves. This was not the case. They also parked the vehicle in a very tight parking space and did not pull it around for me at pickup as I expected. More
