Jeff- I do understand that we mistakenly billed out your repair as a customer pay repair, but that was quickly corrected to warranty resulting in no charge to you. We checked your vehicle in Monday, diagnosed in, and had it back to you Tuesday afternoon. I an sure that you were inconvenienced by having your truck breakdown and for that reason we made several adjustments to our schedule to get it back to you in a timely manner. I am sorry that you were unhappy with the repair. All the best in the future.
