I dropped my vehicle off , the young lady who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. When my vehicle was done being serviced, the same young lady I believe called and let me know that I could pi in was very pleasant and professional. When I got back to pick it up. the same young lady had me sign paperwork for the warranty, and zI apologize for not remembering her name , however she was pleasant and professional once again. Came in to have a part, which they said they had ordered, replaced. Also requested oil change and tire rotation as I was due. Sat in the lobby for 2 hours before I was told my truck was ready. At that time I was also told they didn’t install the part because it was on back order. Came from the mid cape specifically because they had an opening sooner than the Hyannis dealership, and because they informed me that they had the part I had requested. Ended up driving out of my way for what turned out to be a 2 hour oil change/tire rotation. As soon as I left I called another dealership to see if they could order the part and they confirmed that it was not on back order. More
