2 weeks in a row I made an appointment to have service, they had me bring the truck in at 8:30, they kept the truck all day 1st appointment not finished, the second time they said an hour or two. I called twice letting them know I needed my truck for work, they didn't finish until I called the third time at 4:30, they blamed it on a parts shortage. I wouldn't had brought it in if knew they didn't have the parts in the morning. Again it was a planned appointment, which they knew what wae needed to finish the job, very disappointed More
