I am from out of town and my car started sounds. . I called them to get an oil change tire rotation, and they start digging in trying to figure out what the sound was. They let me know that it was gonna be a charge for the diagnostic team, but after several hours, they still do not find with the sounds was and they said to come back if it got worse. They were also kind enough to not charge me the diagnostic fee because they didn’t find anything causing the sound. I very appreciate it their help and time they spent analyzing my car! More

From the start, the Service writer was great! Talked over everything with me and gave me an estimated time of completion. I was waiting so that was appreciated. I think the problem was fixed, but my car came back dirtier and wetter on the interior than the way I left it with them. I had to spend an hour cleaning the upholstery, with grease marks. Made an online reservation for tires but the online got it wrong. So I came in for a 2018 Jeep wrangler and the tires that were ordered were for a 2018 Silverado bc that what the computer put me in as. The it wrong. We had an engine lite come on, we pulled in, Paulo checked it out and explained everything. He was so helpful. While there, a tire on our RV went flat.
