The salesman Cortez Thompson was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Cortez is really a genuine individual and all about customer service. The Finance Director Mike Hilfrink just added the icing on the cake. Mike was very professional, provided fast and courteous service. Ended up meeting great individuals, had exceptional service, and riding in a really nice and affordable car. These guys are the best!!! Love your professionalism and dedication to keeping your customers satisfied. More

Jim Scruton was my salesman and I give him high marks because he knows his products and put his customer first. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from him. He is unlike other sales people in that will not show you things you can't afford and don't want. I received excellent service from everyone . Cancila is a well run operation. More

I truly believe they went above and beyond on their call of duties to find me the jeep I wanted at a very reasonable price. I had previously visited other dealerships and was told several times that the 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was unavailable to buy. These two men took the time to listen to me and the vision I had for the car that I wanted. They went out of their way to track down the car I had requested and had it sent here from over 100 miles away in central Illinois. After that Arick helped me figure out where to find the additional accessories that I wanted to add to my Jeep. I want to thank them both for taking the time to make my experience exceptionally pleasant. I will be sharing my wonderful experience with everyone I know. More

A Dealership I drove an hour to buy my new van from! I have 4-5 Dodge dealerships that are as close as 5-15 miles from my home, but having a bad experience the day before with a dealership in Eureka, Mo, I have 4-5 Dodge dealerships that are as close as 5-15 miles from my home, but having a bad experience the day before with a dealership in Eureka, Mo, I found the van I wanted at the price that was $3,000 less with less milage than the one I had looked at in Eureka. Ask for salesman Will- the 7'2" gentle giant by the front door and then if you select a vehicle, ask for Mike- The U.S.Marine- finance manager to help you! Both are the best I have experienced in my 71 yrs. on this earth and they both are the best at what they do. It was a great experienced and their treatment of customers is respectful and informative, even when "issues" arrive. Never an ounce of pressure questions and closing statements - and I am a salesperson! They treated me like I treat my customers, except being a small business owner, I can "fire" my problem customers. They are the "oldest" Dodge dealership in the state of Missouri and you don't last that long by not adhering to the highest business principles! If I ever need another vehicle, I am only going to consider them as the hr. drive is a minuscule price to pay in time and gas! I left with a full tank of fuel, my hitch and deer whistles transfered and received a higher trade in on my vehicle. They did everything and they appeared to not treat me any differently than how they treat the average customer, so give them a chance to earn your business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Semper Fi! Their standards are as high as the U.S. Marine Corps standards!!!!!! On the comment section, it asked if I was left alone for more than 5 minutes. I was, but I appreciated the time alone as I had a book to read, phone calls to make, and a business plan to work on. I didn't need someone by my side. I knew where the coffee was! More

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very tall salesman. He asked me what I was looking for and any concerns I may have. I was pleasantly surprised that he took all of my option and concerns and gave me the perfect vehicle. I had looked at a few other dealerships before hand and each and everyone neglected my needs as a vehicle purchaser. Mr. Ashley was very pleasant and took me around the lot showing me a plethora of vehicles that matched what I was looking for. He stayed within my price point and pointed out little gems about the vehicle that I may have not noticed about the vehicle. After selecting my vehicle he helped me through each step. He discussed all of my options for payment and extras such as an extended warranty. He was extremely informative and took his time to make sure I understood each option and answered each question I had. I have never had such wonderful service nor have I ever had a auto purchase go so smoothly. The staff at this location is truly one of a kind and I hope the owner continues to hire staff at this capacity I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone at this facility was so pleasant and helpful. I look forward to returning and purchasing another vehicle in the future. More

The extended warranty was presented to me as a current offer or incentive, but I was actually charged for it. I wasn't made aware of it until the last page of all of my paperwork was given to me for signature. As an inexperienced buyer, I know I should have asked more questions, but I also felt a bit taken advantage of. More

Stopped by looked at the truck, came to an agreement on a price within a few minutes. Set up an appointment to purchase the truck, completed purchase within 30 minutes. At 59 years of age, I had never had an auto purchase as smooth and professional. I highly recommend the dealership and Jordan, very pleasant, great personality. More
