Purchased an "As-Is" vehicle from Martin Pre-Owned. Car was not detailed, cleaned, or repaired. I did notice a new air filter, fresh oil, recently installed break pads, and an assortment (various manu Car was not detailed, cleaned, or repaired. I did notice a new air filter, fresh oil, recently installed break pads, and an assortment (various manufacturers) of new-ish tires. I got the feeling that Marin Pre-Owned will not sell you an obviously unsafe "As-Is" car and that they had "looked over" the car before offering it up for sale. I self-inspected the car and found multiple issues that I would expect from a car with higher mileage (curb bumper damage, very dirty interior, very worn drivers seat, engine compartment not cleaned, a wheel well liner part missing (part was in trunk), etc.). Dealing with Jenail (Sales woman) and Liugi (Manager) was fine with no unexpected issue even during price negotiations. Price negotiations were very simple since I had a good idea of the value of the car (from research before seeing car). There were no "sales pressure tactics" involved at all. I purchased the car fully understanding the the car was "As-Is" with no warranty. I would definitely consider buying another "As-Is" car (or a new or used car depending on my needs) from Martin Pre-Owned in the future. Found out after the fact that my sister has bought her last two cars from this dealership (from the new car side) and she likes them also. More
