Awesome trade in leasing experience with Brian Matt earlier this year. Didn't get the man's name in the service department who took care of what could've been an expensive repair today on my CX 30 gas earlier this year. Thank you soooo very much, glad I went back to a Mazda after having an RX 7 years ago!!! More

I would give this shop 0 stars if I could! I brought my car to get my wheel bearing fixed (it got damaged due to someone hitting my car while it was parked), I had a minor scratch on the door that was not car to get my wheel bearing fixed (it got damaged due to someone hitting my car while it was parked), I had a minor scratch on the door that was not essential for me to get fixed. This shop had my car for 25 days, got the body work done that I did not requested but did not fixed my wheel bearing - they told me that there was nothing wrong with that. My car was still making crazy noises, I took it to independent mechanic and they told me that it was indeed the wheel bearing. I brought it back to the shop to get it fixed and they called me two days later telling me that now my other side wheel bearing needs to be fixed!!! Can I even trust this shop or mechanics that work there? They went from nothing was wrong with my car to now additional things need to be fixed! More
Wife's car was due for first service and had two recalls listed. From setting the appointment, receiving the vehicle, performing the work and returning the vehicle. They carried themselves with a commendabl listed. From setting the appointment, receiving the vehicle, performing the work and returning the vehicle. They carried themselves with a commendable level of professionalism. Have to appreciate efficiency to to which they handled the task at hand and getting our vehicle returned to us. Great Service Work, but Terrible Professionalism My first time getting my Mazda serviced (2 days ago). I came in for 2 recalls, and the mechanics did a great job and I was also given straight-forward My first time getting my Mazda serviced (2 days ago). I came in for 2 recalls, and the mechanics did a great job and I was also given straight-forward suggestions about my brakes and serpentine belt that need replaced. I would have given this rating 5 stars, had I not showed up to retrieve my vehicle at the Mazda service entrance, to walk in through a cloud of smoke from the technician smoking next to the door. I also had to wait several minutes at the desk, as there was no one to be found. The smoking technician had to get the service writer, because he was on the other side of the building smoking, as well. I felt that was incredibly unprofessional, let alone the smell was disgusting. More
Sarcastic, rude, unreliable So I have had my car there 4 times for the same issue and it's still not fixed. I got Tom Baker, their operations manager involved and was told that he was unhappy with how I was treated and that I should contact him directly with any issues. Today, the entertainment system stopped working in my 2016 car with 2700 miles on the odometer. I texted Tom as he requested. Rather than reply to me, he sent a message to someone, I am not sure who, calling me "your buddy Rodger." Only- he did not realize that he replied to me with that message accidentally. I have since asked him to clarify what he meant and he is ignoring me. This dealership obviously thinks it doesn't have to treat it's customers well. What they don't realize is that with NuCar Mazda less than 5 miles away, we have choices. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I will be telling everyone I know including my clients. The best part is that in my message (screen shot attached) I mention that I may want to trade my car, offering him business as a purchase customer, and he ignored that. He preferred to be sarcastic about me behind my back. Wondering how that worked out for him. More
Dissappointed I went to the service station on Friday 1/15/16 at 4:50pm after checking the website that said would be open to 7pm to found out that in fact they are I went to the service station on Friday 1/15/16 at 4:50pm after checking the website that said would be open to 7pm to found out that in fact they are only open until 6pm. Ask if I could get an oil change an was told no that the last oil change was at 4:30. Maybe it should be advertised or posted somewhere so that customers are aware. Needless to say I wasted a drive. We have a Mazda 6 that is my wife's car. Recently we had an oil, lube and filter done at our local mechanics shop. During the job, the mechanic found an oil leak. We called Mazda of Newark, where the car wa an oil, lube and filter done at our local mechanics shop. During the job, the mechanic found an oil leak. We called Mazda of Newark, where the car was purchased, and they set an appointment for the next day. The car was repaired that day and the car appeared to have been washed. I MUST SAY, KUDOS, TO MARTIN MAZDA! Joe Novotny was a pleasure to work with. Overall this was a most pleasurable experience. Again Thanks to Martin Mazda Greg Doughty More
