I was initially only going to test drive, but the more comfortable I felt talking to Glenn, I knew I wasn't going anywhere else! Glenn was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We approached Glenn with the idea of purchasing a CX-9 to replace our minivan in addition to the car for our kids. He walked us through the vehicle trim options and pricing as the jump to a two car purchase was very concerning and stressful. In the end, we decided to lease a CX-9 as the family car and to also lease the Mazda3 for our kids. Glenn was extremely knowledgeable with respect to the different vehicles as well as the overall trade-in and lease process.
