We had shopped multiple dealerships and found our experience with Glenn to be far and away better than any other. We spent a couple weeks searching and evaluating what direction we wanted to go. We approached Glenn with the idea of purchasing a CX-9 to replace our minivan in addition to the car for our kids. He walked us through the vehicle trim options and pricing as the jump to a two car purchase was very concerning and stressful. In the end, we decided to lease a CX-9 as the family car and to also lease the Mazda3 for our kids. Glenn was extremely knowledgeable with respect to the different vehicles as well as the overall trade-in and lease process. I also want to say that I was impressed with the professionalism of the GM, Rick, who sat with us to discuss the financing of both vehicles.
