He understood that we were not going to make a decision that day.We returned the next day with our trade in and took another test drive of a slightly different model. Negotiations followed. Didn't buy but loved my saleperson! I didn't end up buying a Mazda - although it was my second choice - but I had such a lovely experience with Tracy Thompson I wanted to write him a rev I didn't end up buying a Mazda - although it was my second choice - but I had such a lovely experience with Tracy Thompson I wanted to write him a review. Tracy was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, charming and professional. I had been to several other car dealers that day (and in the previous 3 weeks while looking for a new car) and was just shocked at how poor the salesmanship was. So many didn't seem to even like their product and couldn't seem to care less whether I bought a car from them. Not so with Tracy! He really loves his product, knows about it, and is eager to find out if there is something he doesn't know. He was able to tell me about all the features of the car on our test drive which was very helpful and not what I experienced any where else (except at Martin Honda). His excitement about the car was contagious and I got excited about the prospect of owning another Mazda (I used to own one about 13 years ago and loved it - my daughter is STILL driving it today with well over 100,000 miles on it!). I wish I could have bought 2 cars and one would have been a Mazda from Tracy!! I will tell anyone I know who is looking to go to Martin Mazda and ask for Tracy! A wonderful experience and a great salesperson! More

Aside from being a truly nice guy, he is very knowlledgable with the ins and outs of all the Mazda vehicles. He makes you feel like you a getting a fair deal for yourself and the dealership. BOUGHT A NEW 2016 MAZDA CX5 We bought a new Mazda 2016 CX5 from Martin Mazda. Patrick Murphy was the salesman. Patrick showed us many cars that we might be interested in buying. We bought a new Mazda 2016 CX5 from Martin Mazda. Patrick Murphy was the salesman. Patrick showed us many cars that we might be interested in buying. He allowed me to drive 2 different cars. The 2016 was quieter and had a better ride than the Mazdas I drove in 2015. The CX-5 touring had all the added safety features we wanted.The sales manager(Glenn) was able to offer us the car we wanted at a fair price.There was one problem.My wife is very short.The car did not come with running boards which would allow her to get in and out of the car safely.Patrick Murphy and the sales manager helped me purchase running boards at a reduced price from an outside vendor.They were installed at no cost to me by Matthew Crew at the Martin Service Center.Wow! I am really impressed with this car dealership. My wife and I are old enough to be on medicare.We have bought many cars both new and used.This was the best experience we ever had.Patrick is the best.
