I ventured into Martin Mazda to test drive the new CX-5 model. I currently owned a 2014 CX5 and while I liked the newer exterior style, I wasn't sure I would like all the new features of the interior. Mainly the infotainment system which seemed to be a little overwhelming at first to master! From the time I entered into the showroom floor, I was greeted with courtesy, respect and a strong desire by the Martin staff to make my experience a pleasant one, regardless of a purchase or not. Brian Matt and members of his team did not disappoint on any level. Brian took such care and attention to meet my specific request, answer all my questions, take me for a test drive and spend all the time I needed right to the end of a great buying experience! I was a returning customer because of the care and detail I received during my 2014 buying experience with Glenn Stitely, as well as the exceptional treatment I always received by the service dept each time I took my 2014 in for service. While Martin Mazda has a great product to sell, the staff is truly focused on the customer and their satisfaction, not just there to sell! Not sure when I would return for another car since this 2020 is definitely a keeper, but I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Brian Matt you were AWESOME!! Thank you again. More
