My wife and I came in to turn in our 2018 Mazda and get a new lease on a 2021 Mazda. Turned out to be the worst car buying experience ever for us. I'm 72 and my wife is 70 and during the pandemic we had to s new lease on a 2021 Mazda. Turned out to be the worst car buying experience ever for us. I'm 72 and my wife is 70 and during the pandemic we had to spend close to 6 hours to do this. after 3 hours inside we decided to go outside as there was a lot of people there that day. Two people, in their 70"s had to go outside in the cold to wait to get our car. We just kept hearing how busy you were that day. Matt was our salesman and he's a very nice and friendly guy and possibly some of this was not in his control, but it's who we were dealing with. I've bought Honda's from Martin and dealt with Bruce Blake. This goes back to the 80's. Because how good Bruce is my son now buys all his cars from Bruce. I got my Mazda in 2018 from Herb Jordan, who we walked into cold turkey and left about 2 hours later with a car. I actually had come in a couple of days earlier this time to get the ball rolling for when I brought my wife down. Thought it might expedite the procedure, but i sure was wrong. I had a couple of questions about the car and other finance issues that I called about over the next couple of weeks. Still waiting for a return call. I could go on about this but in summary, if I decide to get another car from Martin Dealerships it won't be a Mazda. It will be a Honda from Bruce Blake. From him I get a nice car and answers to my questions. My lasting memory from this experience is 2 senior citizens outside in the cold waiting while no one really seemed to care. More
