Brian is very helpful and very friendly. Had me in a brand new CX-30 after a car accident left my old Mazda totaled. I called Brian Matt one day in June out of the blue to work with a Mazda sales rep. He promised to deliver a new CX-30 to me when available and that is EXACTLY what he did. I am a skeptical person but Br work with a Mazda sales rep. He promised to deliver a new CX-30 to me when available and that is EXACTLY what he did. I am a skeptical person but Brian cured me of that. Fast forward to August, I picked up my shiny brand new Mazda with numerous safety features my older Jetta didn’t have. If you're in the market for a Mazda go see Brian at Martin. He is simply like a friend. He gets his job done while still providing excellent customer service. Finance dept was a little more tough but it wasn't too bad (for me) I cant speak on service because I haven't needed anything but my brand new car was super clean when I got it. More
