It is a very daunting process when you are switching from 1 dealer to another. I had been Nissan person for years and had a salesperson my family and I adored. However, when I wanted to go in another direction, I needed to have someone I felt comfortable with and answered my questions without selling to me first. Ricky Harris was definitely that person. Ricky understood the assignment. He was a breath of fresh air. The was a floating manager Vern, that understood that Ricky had been working with me and he followed Ricky's lead. This doesn't just happen, it's built into the culture. I am a Mazda girl now and Ricky is my guy!! More
