Bought a used car there in December of 2023 -- also bought an extended warranty, as it was my daughter's first car. Within the first 12 months (and only 4,000 miles of driving), the car has been in the bought an extended warranty, as it was my daughter's first car. Tires, brakes, rotors, under carriage, radiator, etc. All things that should have lasted well beyond the first 4,000 miles. And despite having the extended warranty, I was told each time the issues are not covered. I called to speak to the GM -- Mike Freeman -- and said at the outset, "I'm assuming good intentions, but here's the situation." As I finished explaining, his response was, "I don't think we've done anything wrong -- what do you want me to do?" No apologies, no understanding, no effort to try and help a customer who bought a car in good faith. When I expressed that to him, that I felt he was not even trying to help, he said, "I've listened to you for 5 minutes and I don't know what you want me to do for you." I replied, "wow, thanks for giving me 5 minutes" and he hung up. Literally hung up on a customer after 5 minutes. And I never once raised my voice or said anything derogatory. Avoid this dealership at all costs. There are several other options on Lancaster on the Main Line who are willing to help and do right by their customers. He was combative right out of the gate and wanted to accept zero responsibility. I honestly would have been happy if he just offered a couple of oil changes or something commensurate, despite my almost $10K in repairs in the first year. But I didn't get that, or any offer to try and help; just a lot of combative attitude and then he rudely hung up on me. Again, avoid this dealership at all costs.. More

This is particularly disappointing because I purchased my car from this dealership and previously held them in high regard. I brought my car in for an annual inspection, and the experience was troubling from the start. An attendant accidentally slammed my car door into the wall, causing noticeable damage. When I picked up the car, the door had chipped paint, and a pillar was slashed with what appeared to be a sharp object. I reported this immediately, and the dealership agreed to repair the damage. However, when I retrieved my car after the repairs, I was informed that a dent in the door was not fixed because I hadn’t claimed it earlier. This was both surprising and frustrating because the damage occurred during their custody of the vehicle. The staff had failed to conduct a proper joint inspection when the door was originally slammed, leaving me with no way to verify the full extent of the damage upfront. I shared my dissatisfaction through the Honda survey and sought an independent vendor to repair the dent, which cost me $1,600. On the same day, I received a call from a dealership representative who promised to reimburse me for this cost. I provided all requested documentation promptly. However, despite numerous follow-up calls and assurances, I was informed—after a month of delays and unfulfilled promises—that they would not honor the reimbursement. This entire experience has been disappointing and deeply unprofessional. A dealership should be a place of trust, but this incident has completely eroded my confidence in their integrity and customer service. I strongly recommend considering other options for your Honda needs. More
