Just called to ask a question about a service and the young lady never identified herself, put me on hold for 7 mins. came back to the phone and told me I had an appointment already scheduled which I alr young lady never identified herself, put me on hold for 7 mins. came back to the phone and told me I had an appointment already scheduled which I already knew. Was not knowledgeable at all about my reason for calling. I asked is Stephanie was available and she never said I'll check or hold on, she immediately put me on hold with the music playing in my ear. Now Ann comes on the phone and she wasn't any better. I asked for Stephanie and she said she was with another customer. I told her the customer service was terrible and I would call back to speak with Stephanie or put my complaint on dealer rater. All I needed was one question answered. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere for service if they can't do any better than this. More
Tried to set up appointment for first oil change over the phone.The lady told me three weeks my husband went online and scheduled for the same day. Then they reached out the next day and we explained what ha phone.The lady told me three weeks my husband went online and scheduled for the same day. Then they reached out the next day and we explained what happened.He said he looked at schedule and we got lucky because his scheduli also said three weeks.So went back on line and scheduled another appt for tomorrow and the next day .you guys are straight liars.doubt if they even changed oil. The girl that answered the phone listened, talked to the garage and relayed the message to make an appointment. She was very polite and courteous...A keeper. Great customer service is when someone looks at you as you are talking. The phone can be stuck ........ Listen to the customers. Act like this customer is your Mother. After listening, restate what you heard the customer say. Then get the key and fill out the paperwork. Please don't not make the customer feel like you didn't hear what was said. Please don't say why did you buy the warranty. Save the BS. This customer is someone who paid $$$$$$ for a vehicle. They don't want to make an appointment and then have you say oh, you need to do this first. Really?????? I go to another garage where I can find the service I expect. More
I had a very major total lack of vital communication on service performed November 12 2020. My vehicle was inoperable stranding a family member. It shouldn’t have happened. Multiple requests to speak with the service manager ignored. Same for the General Manager. Pathetic. Ten years, three vehicles never a complaint and one huge mess up totally ignored without the decency of a return call. Goodbye to Martin Kia. Richard Callery More

For the past 2 years I have also worked with Frank Harrison. If it wasn’t for the 2 best service managers in the industry and a great team behind them, Martin Kia would not be who they are which is A+. I love Stephanie - always straight with you and willing to bend over backwards to help. Will continue to use only Martin Kia for my vehicle’s needs. Keep up the great work! More
Refused warranty repair I dropped off my 2016 Kia Sorento for routine care and a warranty fix on a detached weatherstripping. They, 6 days later, told me the weatherstripping I dropped off my 2016 Kia Sorento for routine care and a warranty fix on a detached weatherstripping. They, 6 days later, told me the weatherstripping is not affecting the performance of the vehicle. Tell that to my family that hears the constant whistling. Then, they had the nerve to try and charge me for diagnosing NOTHING...the weatherstripping was pointed out upon arrival. Manager was rude and pointed to the service request claiming I had signed for NOTHING that was discusses with the service adviser. I was told not to buy my car there because their prices are high, but I just found out the real reason is uncaring, disinterested, ineffective, RUDE service. Never again. More
