Mr. Monaco, Your vehicle has many aftermarket parts causing quite a bit of issues. You were contacted via voicemail, email and text message several times and you took days or up to a week to respond. There were many issues with your vehicle due to many of the aftermarket problems. You only authorized the work that was covered under warranty and declined all others. You did state that another dealer worked on your vehicle and most of the issues started after you picked it up from them. Thank you.

The Kia service manager stated that he spoke to you. The insurance company has been providing updates to you on the issues with your vehicle. Martin Kia cannot proceed until the insurance company makes a final decision on the status of your vehicle. We do apologize for this inconvenience but the insurance company has to make a final decision to either let Martin Kia repair your vehicle or decide if it is a total loss. Thank you.

I have received no phone calls leaving any message from anyone at Martin Kia. Including the service manager and the general manager. I carry my cell phone at all times. There is no message left by anyone from Martin Kia. I have received no emails on this matter from Martin Kia. When I asked Al for the name and phone number of the service manager that request was ignored. So frankly I don’t know what you are talking about.
