I purchased an used vehicle from this dealership just about a month ago. Already, there is something wrong with my car. So the first thing I did was make an appointment for the service department. Had a about a month ago. Already, there is something wrong with my car. So the first thing I did was make an appointment for the service department. Had an appointment for 7am, believing that my car would be looked at that morning. I decided to give them a call, 8 hours later to get the status of my car. Come to find out, they didn't even take a look at it yet. I was not informed that my car would not be looked at first, as well as it not being done of course. The service department inconvenienced me a great deal, being without a car until they are finished with it. When I asked about a temporary car or a loaner car until then, Joe informed me that it wouldn't be possible. Worst experience ever! More
