Worst experience yet I have had trouble with this dealership in the past. After my third visit for the same issues that were not corrected the first time, I can barely giv I have had trouble with this dealership in the past. After my third visit for the same issues that were not corrected the first time, I can barely give a 1 star rating. After having my vehicle for a month, nothing had been done. After a month I was told they did in fact detect a clunking sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. The service manager told me to drive the vehicle until the problem worsened and maybe they would be able to fix it later! What a joke! 0 of the 5 issues with the vehicle were fixed over the month they had my vehicle. I eventually had to take my keys back and leave, only to take it elsewhere and pay out of pocket when it was covered under warranty. More
Air Bag Replacement I was there at 8 a.m. and left my truck for service. The courtesy car was ready and took me home promptly- the lady driving it was nice. They called when repairs were completed and the driver came quickly and brought me back to get my truck.. the only negative was that I tried to call the Service Department and could not get through. Had my 2014 chrysler 200 serviced They do good service most of the time but did have one incident that they didn’t put oil filter ring on the cap so it blew all the oil out and I was s They do good service most of the time but did have one incident that they didn’t put oil filter ring on the cap so it blew all the oil out and I was stranded on side of road for over 3 hours to avoid blowing motor up then after finally got it back to the shop right b4 they closing they didn’t want to give me no loaner had to see manager and argue another 30 min b4 I got one then got my car back the next day and it still had oil blown on the top of motor took it to clean myself they said didn’t hurt motor but I’m really not so sure if it did or not it does have a little jerk in the motor when excelerating that I just started noticing but other than this the buying process was great they took care of me More

Oil cooler replacement Replaced the oil cooler and all seems fine. Only complaint is that they left oil all over the engine from the leak and replacement.
