Speedy service! Pulled into the dealership on Monday morning at about 7:25am. He was very friendly and after confirming that the repair would be covered under the powertrain warranty he offered to get me a rental car. I declined as I had already made other plans and didn't need a rental. I headed off to work and around 10:30am I received a call from Martin Dodge. Expecting the worst I answered the phone to another very friendly gentleman named Corey Jones. "Mr. Thomas, your Durango is ready for pickup!" WHAT...3 hours later I had a new water pump installed, under warranty, without an appointment. I was shocked! Had the same problem with a 2013 Durango while in Foley AL a few years ago and it took the STEALERSHIP down there 4 days and me actually going and picking up the part in Mobile AL to get it fixed so I could get back home. First class service, First class work, FIRST CLASS EMPLOYEES! More

I had a rear door lock freeze up and it needed to be replaced. Told the service guy, Will S. (I think) exactly what needed to be done (replace the rear door lock) and asked for a quote. They said a diagnosis was needed. ~$100 to do the diagnosis. I get it since I've been an auto mechanic in a past life and have had folks get me to diagnose and then take the car elsewhere. However, This charge was not refunded when I had them complete the work. usually if you choose to have the work done where the diagnosis is made, the diagnosis fee is waived or refunded. (My experience) Price for the repair was ~$800 - a fair price (expensive part and tricky, labor intensive process). Quality of work, excellent Staff was friendly and other mechanics recommended them for this repair. The fact that I was not refunded the diagnostic fee is the only reason this isn't a five star review. More
