Sales did great getting me into a vehicle, lack of support from the service department is unacceptable and is the reason for this review. Vehicle has 20k on it now, I purchased new and have had to dr support from the service department is unacceptable and is the reason for this review. Vehicle has 20k on it now, I purchased new and have had to drive with a blown speaker for half the time I have had the truck. 1st visit they didn’t put an order in to repair, 2nd visit 2 months ago reportedly part is on back order-meanwhile new ones are made daily-it’s a speaker shouldn’t be hard to replace. Yet I make my payments without fail. Disappointed in Martin and the Ram brand. More

The dealership promised to make a repair on a vehicle I recently purchased there. Martin put in writing they would take care of the issue. I went there one Saturday to wait 4 hours to be told I need a part recently purchased there. Martin put in writing they would take care of the issue. I went there one Saturday to wait 4 hours to be told I need a part and that it would be 5 days and that Martin would contact me. 9 days later and no call from Martin. I called the dealership repair department, and they knew nothing of the order part or repair. They contacted Curtis and he approved it. They told me they would contact me in 5 days. I received no contact. A week later I called them and the man in the service department knew nothing of the repair and said there was no part, I am very disappointed in Martin. They did not keep their word. More

PURCHASED A ram 1500 Laramie from the Martin Dealership. The sales process was quite good and completed in an orderly manner. Now the Service Department; it was all I had hoped for. I made an appointment for an oil change and discussed the day and time with Sarah and Chad. When I arrived they took care of my service, changed the oil and rotated the tires. I was quoted a timeframe of 30 minutes or so and that was right on. A polite and professional sales department is great, but the Service Department is the one that keeps your vehicle in tip top shape. I'm confident that this service department will do just that.
