We will strive to provide confidence and the reassurance that your vehicle will continue to perform at the highest-level year after year. Every vehicle serviced with Martin Chevrolet receives the same detailed process from start to finish. When you enter the service drive it begins with our “Quick-Check Technician” performing a three-point inspection process. 1) Alignment Scan 2) Battery Load Test 3) 12 Point Tire Tread Depth/Wear Inspection & Measurement. Once your vehicle goes down to the Lube Technicians who will complete your oil change, they also perform a detailed Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection. We use each of these reports to update you on preventative maintenance and repairs as they become necessary to perform. This service process does require an hour and fifteen-minute appointment to complete, give or take a few minutes. With the recent circumstances in our area with Covid-19 we have been struggling with staff shortages as we feel it is important for our employees to stay home when they are sick so they can get the rest and recuperation they need, and we can make sure we aren’t spreading the virus to our guests or other employees. Unfortunately, without a full staff, that leaves the staff that are working on the vehicle to be working at 150% effort but it’s not always enough to get your service completed as quickly as normal. We apologize for the delay in your service and hope that in the future, we can get your next service down to a more manageable time for you. I hope that helps explain the time needed to complete our signature service and re-enforces why you have chosen Martin Chevrolet as your vehicles sales and service provider.
